Are there any reasons why I should not receive any JUVÉDERM® injectable gel formulation?
You should not receive KYBELLA® if you have an infection in the treatment area.
What precautions should I advise my injector about?
Before receiving KYBELLA®, tell your injector provider about all of your medical conditions, including if you: Have had or plan to have surgery on your face, neck, or chin; have had cosmetic treatments on your face, neck, or chin; have had or have medical conditions in or near the neck area; have had or have trouble swallowing; have bleeding problems; are pregnant or plan to become pregnant (it is not known if KYBELLA® will harm your unborn baby); are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed (it is not known if KYBELLA® passes into your breast milk; talk to your injector provider about the best way to feed your baby if you receive KYBELLA®). Tell your injector provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements. Especially tell your healthcare provider if you take a medicine that prevents the clotting of your blood (antiplatelet or anticoagulant medicine).
What are the possible side effects of KYBELLA®?
KYBELLA® can cause serious side effects, including nerve injury in the jaw (which can cause an uneven smile or facial muscle weakness), or trouble swallowing. The most common side effects of KYBELLA® include swelling, bruising, pain, numbness, redness, and areas of hardness in the treatment area. A credit card is required to be placed on file to complete the booking process for your appointment. The credit card on file will not be charged to book your appointment, but will remain on file in the event of an infraction of our 24 Hour Policy listed below:
24 HOUR POLICY
River Oaks MedSpa has a 24 hour advanced notification policy which exists out of respect for our clients and staff schedules. Less than a 24 hour notice for the listed reasons below will result in a non-refundable $150 charge to the credit card you placed on file.
River Oaks MedSpa has a 15 minute Late Policy which exists out of respect for clients and staff schedules. If you arrive 15 minutes past the appointment scheduled time, you may be charged $150 to the credit card on file and may be required to reschedule to another date and time.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND THIRD PARTY APPS:
If you link your social media profiles and accounts to River Oaks MedSpa, or otherwise interact with River Oaks MedSpa through social media networks (e.g., by clicking a Facebook “like” button), information may be made available to, and collected by, River Oaks MedSpa through those social media profiles and accounts.
